“(Before working with Katie) I drank lots of Dr. Peppers' drinks, (was) alone in my thoughts about wanting improving my diet/health. I didn't think of ordering store items to pick-up. Moving the Dr. Peppers' to the kitchen. Stuff like that we got to discuss so many ideas. I got some easy ideas to cook some food for the week that will be quick as well instead of hours. I didn’t have the answers sometimes but we communicated and came up with reasonable and goals I could actually accomplish. I was often praised for things that happened in my life, I felt it to be genuine. My mindfulness at the beginning was neat and made me get in the right state of mind as well.
